Bangladesh on Thursday replaced a war crimes tribunal judge after media reports of conversations he had with an expatriate on the trial proceedings, an official said. The government appointed ATM Fazle Kabir, head of the second of two tribunals, as chief of the first tribunal after Mohammed Nizamul Huq quit. Judge Obaidul Hasan now heads the second tribunal, court official AKM Nasir Uddin said.
